Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, we have outlined a refund schedule that will apply in the case of all cancellation:

Cancellations received prior to December 15th -100% of monies paid less the non-refundable per person deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations received between December 16th and the end of business on December 22nd - 50% of monies paid less the non-refundable deposit will be given in the form of a credit for use at a future Xtreme Conference.

Cancellations received after December 22nd will not be eligible for refund or credit – No exceptions.

• All deposits including the initial $200 and per person deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Per person deposits can be used for another persons as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward the final balance.
• $200 initial deposit will be applied to your final balance, provided your estimated number does not drop by more that 50%.
• Xtreme Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control (including weather and terrorism related causes) prohibiting your attendance.
• All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
