Housing for Xtreme is provided in quality hotels and motels in the surrounding area of the conference location. Sometime after we receive your rooming list and per person deposit your group will be assigned a hotel. Your entire group will be staying in the same hotel; groups will not be split up. Your hotel’s proximity to the conference center will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and could range from a few blocks to a few miles away from the conference location. Each group is responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotel. Xtreme will not be able to handle specific requests for hotels or guarantee locations. Groups with specific hotel needs will be better served to book their own accommodations and pay the conference only price.

In addition to the 4 person rooms, each group will be allowed to have up to two rooms with five persons at the regular 4 person price. However, the hotels cannot guarantee rollaway beds in these rooms so the extra student must bring a sleeping bag.
