Conference Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference. For the benefit of all parties and in a spirit of clear communication, we have outlined a refund schedule that will apply in the case of all cancellation:
• Cancellations received prior to June 10th - 100% of monies paid less the non-refundable per person deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations received between June 11th and the end of business on June 18th - 50% of monies paid less the non-refundable deposit will be given in the form of a credit for use at a future Xtreme Conference.
• Cancellations received after June 18th will not be eligible for refund or credit – No exceptions.
• All deposits including the initial $200 and per person deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Per person deposits can be used for another persons as their deposit, but cannot be transferred toward the final balance.
• $200 initial deposit will be applied to your final balance, provided your estimated number does not drop by more that 50%.
• Xtreme Conferences cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control prohibiting your attendance.
• All refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.
