Conference Housing Information

Housing for Xtreme Summer is first provided in one, two and three bedroom condos at Edgewater Beach Resort. After all condos are filled, housing will overflow to nearby oceanfront hotel rooms. Sometime after we receive your rooming list and per person deposits your group will be assigned lodging. Your entire group will be housed at the same property. Condos will sleep 4,6,or 8 and will be assigned by Xtreme based on your group size and condo availability. Groups with an odd number of students or other circumstances not allowing their condos/hotel rooms to be fully filled will be charged an Empty Bed Fee of $129 per unfilled bed. Xtreme will do everything possible to minimize the number of unfilled beds in your rooms. Groups with very specific rooming needs will be better served to book their own accommodations and pay the conference only price.

Additional rooms for bus drivers will be charged a $529 rooming charge. This does NOT include admission to the sessions or meals. These rooms may be placed at nearby hotels away from the rest of the group. Please list any bus driver rooms on your rooming list.
